These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.rupalsha.com ("Website") and the purchase of products offered by us.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices on Rupalsha.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed on the product page at the time you place it. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product at the listed price. The contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the product and send you a shipment confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock or no longer available
  • Inaccuracy in price or product information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
  • Delivery address is not serviceable by our courier partners

If we cancel an order for any of the above reasons, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank account details on our servers. By placing an order, you also agree to the terms of the payment gateway used to process your payment.

We currently accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which form a part of these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Account Responsibilities
