To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the date of payment and delivered within 4–10 working days. (Except in certain cases beyond our control, including delays caused by courier partners due to bad weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.)

Tracking details and shipping updates will be sent to you via email after dispatch.

We recommend that the customer or an authorized person be available at the delivery address between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST to receive the parcel. In case of unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

If the package is returned after these attempts, the customer will be notified and may be required to pay return shipping charges for re-dispatch, depending on the circumstances. No refunds will be issued for courier returns.
