Return Policy
At Rupalsha, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once your return request is approved, the return pickup will be scheduled through our logistics partner within 2–3 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order is eligible for return and is within the return window, you will see the option to Raise a Return Request under your order details.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Products cannot be returned due to personal preference (for example, not liking the product).
- Used, worn, or damaged products after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted.
- Return requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
Customers may choose a replacement while raising a return request for eligible defective or damaged products.
Currently, we do not support product exchanges for different designs, colors, sizes, or personal preferences.
An unboxing video may be required for verification in case of damaged or defective products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
